UK* SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

Orders are only dispatched on business days. Orders placed before 12PM (GMT) on a business day will be dispatched on the same or the following business day. 

You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your order confirmation email.

All Royal Mail Tracked orders benefit from door-to-door tracking, email and SMS notifications, and can be tracked here. 

USA* SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

Our UK store ships to all countries except for the USA. For all orders shipping to US postal addresses, visit our US store and enjoy domestic shipping rates and easy returns. 

Orders placed before 1PM (ET) on a business day will be dispatched within one to two business days. 

Orders placed after 1PM (ET) and orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, will be dispatched within two business days. 

You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your order confirmation email.

Custom fees and import taxes not included. If you refuse delivery due to the custom charges, you will not be eligible for a refund and your package may be disposed of by the shipping carrier.

IN STORE LOCAL PICK-UP

Our local pick-up service allows you to collect online orders from our physical stores. 

The collection window for local pick-up orders is 60 days from the day of purchase. If the order is not collected within the 60-day window, the order will be cancelled, goods will be released and we will issue you with a store credit voucher for the full value of the order.
