Our people.

Making better choices both socially and environmentally.
Social responsibility

Diversity, Equality & Inclusion.

The sustainability conversation in fashion is often reduced to environmental responsibility. At Glassworks we believe it is equally important to consider social responsibility to accurately report our brand's efforts and commitment to more responsible practices.

As part of our social responsibility journey, we are working in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.

Environmental responsibility

Sustainability.

Fashion is inherently unsustainable, but it is also illegal to leave the house naked. As an independent brand, we believe it is our duty to share information with transparency and to continue pushing the industry standards for better choices and practices across all areas of the business.

We choose to work with people who align with our ethos, from our teams to freelancers we collaborate with. Part of our work around sustainability starts with creating awareness and educating both workers and customers about our joint environmental responsibility, which is why you'll often find our in-store style advisors geeking about Tencel or our recycled cotton denim range.
